Job Description
We are searching on behalf of our customer, a luxury restaurant in a 5 ***** Hotel in Chalkidiki, a Turkish Chef with Greek knowledge for the summer season 2010.
Job Description:
Leading a kitchen team of seven members
Preparing traditional authentic Turkish dishes
Organizing the purchase
Job requirements:
• Having experience in fine dining and banqueting
• Be organised and able to produce consistently high standards for large covers
• Be organised and able to plan ahead
• Have experience in the main kitchen
• Normally the successful candidate would work a 6 or 7 day week but only nights
• Fluent Greek is required
• English language knowledge would be an advantage
