Job Description |
Night club is one of the leading clubs of the city in connection with the vacancy searches at the position of manager of bars.
We are looking for a foreigner who has experience of two years in night clubs in a similar position. If you are young, creative, want to find career growth, interesting job, high salary, dynamic company, you are not afraid to work nights then send your CV.
Responsibilities:
operational management of school staff (waiters, bartenders, host manager);
responsibility for revenue and profit bars;
pricing policy of the institution;
Construction of the host team managers and the withdrawal of their work on the qualitative customer's service;
analysis of the financial performance of the bars;
Personal qualities:

communication;
Skills:
ability to work with clients nightclub;
team formation;
skills of staff motivation.
Experience:
2 years as night manager, administrator Hall nightclub;
experienced bartenders.
