Reporting directly to the Managing Director of the company our ideal candidate will be responsible for:
• The candidate can manage Sales and Marketing activities of our companies in Turkey which have global and aggressive targets to achieve, take the responsibility of meeting the sales target and profit goals;
• To define and apply the main sales and price strategies that would endure profitable growth and to exceed the penetration in local and overseas markets;
• To define new business potentials in the markets, to ensure the continued of the existing customer relations and to draw the road map of the company with the related division in line with the company strategies;
• To compose and define an accurate sales unit that will serve various distribution channels;
• To confirm and make the follow-up of the business plan
• To take the responsibility of the risks and obligations of the sales agreements;
• To give support to attended bidding processes;
• To give report to Managing Director regarding in put data and projects of Sales.
